NORTH LA COSTA · HOME TO CARE | SAN DIEGO COUNTY

Practical coordination. Clear choices. Support around the move.
A transition can involve a dozen providers and a hundred small decisions. Home to Care helps families identify the work, connect with appropriate professionals, and keep the plan moving.
1. Transition Planning We begin with the family’s goals, anticipated timing, location, and property-related needs. Together we outline the next steps and identify where outside expertise may be needed.
2. Downsizing and Belongings Sorting a longtime home can be emotionally difficult and physically demanding. We can coordinate independent organizers, estate-sale providers, donation services, storage, and cleanout teams. Families remain in charge of decisions about belongings.
3. Home Preparation Not every property needs renovation. We help coordinate vendor estimates and services such as cleaning, minor repairs, landscaping, and staging so the family can make informed decisions about preparation.
4. Moving Logistics We can help coordinate moving companies, packing services, schedules, and property handoffs, with clear roles and approvals.
5. Optional Real Estate Support When a sale is being considered, families can request a separate consultation with Marija Peshevska at Coastal Connect Realty or use any real estate professional they prefer.
Contact us to discuss the scope, provider responsibilities, timing and any fees before services are agreed.

Home to Care is separate nonmedical coordination. Families may choose any care community, real estate professional or vendor. Real estate services through Coastal Connect Realty, brokered by Real Broker, are optional and separately arranged. Marija Peshevska has a family relationship with North La Costa ownership.
